Over the past five years I have really enjoyed working at Adobe. While at the company I was given the opportunity to spawn several mobile efforts, most recently Slider. However, I have decided to leave and try my hand at something new. My last day at Adobe will be this Friday, March 19th.
Moving forward I will be joining SlideRocket as the Director of Technology. I am really excited about what SlideRocket is doing and I think the technology will change the face of presentations. The team is amazing and I cannot wait to get started.
And to the Slider team – I look forward to using the mobile framework ASAP!

@gburch congrats on the new position!

Congrats on your new position, Greg!
As a side note … I’m always interested in getting my presos cloud-based but it never happens until AFTER a preso (slideshare, etc) … SlideRocket is always on my list, though … perhaps 2010 is the year I deploy and give some presos directly from the cloud!!!

@gburch so when do you want to join us on @riaradio to talk about the new job. It’s technically a RIA so we’re good.

Congrats Greg! I remember when you first started at Adobe, long time ago. Good luck with your new role and I’m sure we’ll run into each other.
Glad to hear that you’re going to join the great unwashed and work for a living rather than swanning around in Adobe
